Benedict's Garden is dedicated to the patronage of St. Benedict. We are a husband and wife team in the Dayton, OH area, learning how to live more naturally and sharing our passions. We sell cut flowers and beeswax products, granola bars, and graham crackers
Dominic is an engineer and the bee-man. He got his first hives in high school and has kept at it since. He's also the professional weeder of the duo.
Elayne is a high school math teacher and the dreamer. She grew up in the suburbs, and is slowly acclimating to amenities such as well water and long drives to town. She plans and cuts the flowers, bakes the baked goods, and is typically the one-woman-show running the farmer's market booth.
